A leading video, audio, and voice technologies company is seeking a License Compliance Manager. The successful candidate will lead and execute a global license compliance program by leveraging forensic data analytics, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic insights to ensure adherence to software and hardware licensing obligations while promoting compliance and supporting business growth.

License Compliance Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and drive projects related to the global software and hardware license compliance program using industry best practices.
  • Ensure licensees meet licensing obligations through targeted audits, analytics, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead the implementation of compliance initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Promote a compliance-focused culture and behavior among executives, managers, and sales representatives.
  • Provide business insights and guidance to internal stakeholders to support customer demand and uphold licensing standards.
  • Integrate technical and business expertise to guide global targeting and compliance enforcement efforts.
  • Build and manage external partnerships to support compliance goals when appropriate.
  • Communicate plans, progress, and results to senior leaders and other key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the accuracy and integrity of data used in targeting, pre-inspection analytics, and enrichment activities.

License Compliance Manager Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of forensic and business data analytics with a focus on audit experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Ability to influence, resolve, and negotiate issues with customers.
  • Keen interest in technology and licensing in the context of intellectual property.
  • Experience with building solid relationships and instilling trust with internal and external customers.
  • An analytical individual with a passion for problem-solving who can present clear and impactful executive-level solutions
