The world’s largest professional network is looking for a Learning Content Developer to create high-impact learning materials for sales teams, managers & senior leaders. These learning materials empower global sales teams with the knowledge and skills they need to sell products, plus develop senior leaders' skills to support their teams & grow the business. The candidate will work with a Learning Experience Designer & project teams to determine learning objectives, establish clear timelines for deliverables, and create engaging content & assets.

Learning Content Developer Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Learning Experience Designer(s) and project teams, to update existing content & courses or build new learning materials.
  • Develop content for asynchronous learning (eLearning, job aids, videos, etc.).
  • Develop content for in person or virtual events (decks, handouts, etc.).
  • Review materials with peers & project team members and incorporate feedback.
  • Manage asset production to produce deliverables and complete tasks on or ahead of schedule

Learning Content Developer Qualifications:

  • 4+ years’ experience synthesizing content in simplified performance support content (knowledge articles, job aids, etc).
  • 4+ years’ experience building assets for live, in person or virtual learning moments using
  • 4+ years’ experience building e-learning assets in Articulate Rise and Storyline.
  • Portfolio or work samples with recent work showcasing the above points
  • Excels in execution, establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with multimedia design.
  • Experience working on a multi-cultural team.
  • Experience structuring lessons or courses to produce a behavioral outcome.
