Job Description

Lead Customer Specialist 4856 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer requests on the security program

  • Provide SOC 2 reports to customers/prospects

  • Respond to sales organization inquiries

  • Monitor open and in progress customer security assurance tickets

Qualification:

  • Fundamental understanding of security domains

  • Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines

  • Experience working on multiple tasks simultaneously

  • High level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with excel

  • 4-5 years of experience

Preferred Qualification:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Leadership experience

  • Ability to work in a high energy environment

Part-Time: 30 hours per week
