IT Support Engineer 2083^

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates diagnoses and troubleshoots incoming employee calls.

  • Provides support services to employees with technical problems and information technology issues involving new hire system setups, software upgrades, desktop, laptop or network services from local or remote employees.

  • Provides timely resolution of problems or escalates to the appropriate resource.

  • Provides case status updates to management and end-users.

  • Supports and maintains effective relationships with users.

  • Develops, documents, and implements standard operating procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual Spanish speaker. 
  • Prior experience with ServiceNow. 
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • The schedule will be Mon-Fri, with the flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

$20-$25 per Hour       Englewood, CO  80112        12 Month Assignment
