Internal Communications Manager*

We’re looking for a globally-minded individual to drive the internal communication strategy for two of our global sales businesses. The ideal candidate will be a business partner first, and a communicator second. This role requires communicating to different offices and groups of people around the world. Therefore, persuasive writing and excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to interpret and tailor communications to different groups of people and cultures is essential. They’ll love working with leaders at all levels and will be energized by being a part of a fast-moving, innovative organization. They’ll also be passionate about using their communications skills to help amplify our culture and drive business results. The perfect candidate will be a flexible all-rounder. We’re looking for someone who can juggle a number of assignments and has the ability to self-prioritize their workload to achieve deadlines. Previous experience writing for a global audience is an advantage.


  • Create and drive integrated communication strategy that helps align and engage a range of employees within the Marketing Solutions and Sales Solutions businesses
  • Lead, coach and counsel business leaders to help them to be best-in-class communicators
  • Partner with Human Resources and other key business partners to produce clear and effective change, product and crisis communications; ensure content is consistent in terms of tone, style, and messaging
  • Responsible for driving the business’ bi-weekly global newsletter- advising business partners on newsletter content and ensuring content is applicable to all audience members
  • Work closely with executives to proactively map out communication activities for the year ahead, including those related to executive travel schedules
  • Providing ongoing feedback on employee communications (including channels) and make recommendations on the enhancements and/or tweaks when appropriate


  • 5-7 years communications experience required
  • Ability to effectively collaborate, influence, and work without boundaries
  • Leadership agility and demonstrated ability to advise and influence senior leaders with varying priorities and needs
  • Excellent communicator with proven track record of effectively managing projects and delivering internal communications programs
  • Strong interpersonal, writing and influencing skills
  • Ability to prioritize, move fast, and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working globally
  • Solid understanding of internal communications techniques
  • Experience with change management best practices, a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

$140-$150 Per Hour                           San Francisco, CA 94105                       6 Month Assignment
