The world’s largest professional network is looking for aIntegrated Marketing Project Manager to take our foundational brand framework and weave it into integrated, full-funnel campaigns that drive awareness, perception and consideration for our Small Business brand and our suite of small business products (Talent, Marketing, Sales, and Premium).

Integrated Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated GTM campaigns and programs. You will align Product Marketing, Media, Creative and Measurement teams to ensure our message is consistent and impactful across all our GTM activations.
  • Social & Community Strategy: Define and lead the "Organization for Small Business" social presence.
  • Channel Strategy: Partner with the media and social teams to define the optimal channel mix.
  • Agency Management: Act as the day-to-day lead for our creative and media agencies, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and—most importantly—on brand.
  • Web & Content Experience: Partner with the Brand Director to revamp our Small Business web destination, ensuring it serves as a high-converting "home base" for our audience.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Own the campaign dashboard.

Integrated Marketing Project Manager Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand management, or campaign strategy (ideally in B2B or SaaS).
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
  • GTM Expertise: Proven track record of launching multi-channel campaigns that moved the needle on brand perception or growth is preferred.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience navigating complex organizations and managing multiple stakeholders toward a singular goal is preferred.
  • Storytelling: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex product offerings into a compelling value proposition are preferred.
