HR Admin Assistant

We are a boutique recruiting and staffing company looking for an HR Admin to support our management and recruiting team and perform a variety of HR operations tasks. This is a great opportunity native or fluent English speakers to develop professionally alongside a supportive work team. This will be an initial 3-6 month, onsite contract with a high possibility of extension or conversion.


Company: Recruiting and staffing company headquartered in the U.S. with nearshore office in Santiago, Chile

Location: Onsite in Providencia, Chile

Salary: $800.000 CLP

Duration: 3-6 month assignment with a high potential for extension or conversion

Hours: Monday-Friday during Pacific (California) office hours


Main responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for the Recruiting and HR Operations Management teams
  • Compile, organize and update information on internal systems
  • Post jobs in our ATS (applicant tracking system) and notify recruiters of their new roles
  • Create LinkedIn posts to promote select roles
  • Update Excel sheets and ATS with job requisition and candidate status changes
  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, assignment extensions, sick leaves, warnings, and days off
  • Support onboarding efforts, including sending out and reviewing onboarding documents
  • Collect and audit timesheets
  • Review invoices and expense reports
  • Handle email communications with candidates

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English speaker living in Santiago with authorization to work in Chile
  • Available to work onsite in Providencia from Monday through Friday during Pacific office hours
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Act as a reliable and supportive team member
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven mindset and tech savvy
  • Preferred: university degree, relevant work experience
