Go-To-Market Program Manager - Federal Saas Campaigns 1825 #PP

A leading enterprise software solutions company is seeking an Integrated Marketing Program Manager for their federal go-to-market campaigns. The successful candidate will focus on managing the buyer experience from brand, reputation, and demand, to advocacy stages. The Program Manager partners with the Regional Marketing Manager to address sales priorities and create integrated marketing programs, working cross-functionally with Solution Marketing and Channel Activation experts to bring programs to life. The ideal candidate is analytical and results-driven and has experience in B2B marketing, enterprise software, and SaaS. The company offers a great work environment.

Go-To-Market Program Manager Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $60-$65/hr
  • Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Pleasanton, CA 94588 - Must be onsite 50% of the time)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 7-8 Month Assignment

Go-To-Market Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Create targeted strategies for key audiences and design multi-channel programs to deliver on regional business objectives.
  • Program Design & Execution: Run the program journey from brand to demand to advocacy, across channels. Align to business priorities, then develop and implement regional demand programs aligned with revenue goals, while activating global campaigns at the regional level.
  • Audience & Offer Strategy: Define audience segmentation and account targeting; tailor messaging, content, and offers; and partner on channel strategy and tactics to engage prospects.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Regional Marketing to align programs to sales priorities. Partner with Solutions Marketing to ensure program messaging & relevance in programs. Engage channel experts on program tactics and execution. Align with the Global Campaigns team to activate campaigns through regional programs.
  • Program Optimization: Analyze and optimize programs and budgets to improve engagement and drive results.

Go-To-Market Program Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B marketing, enterprise software and SaaS.
  • Familiarity with federal government Saas needs and marketing to the government.
  • Audience marketing: identifying key audience segments, developing targeted marketing campaigns, improving customer engagement, and ultimately driving sales and growth.
  • Lead generation: identifying potential customers, engaging with them to create interest in the company's offerings, and championing these leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Reporting and analysis: identifying trends, making informed business decisions, improving operational efficiency, and predicting future outcomes based on historical data.
  • Channel marketing strategy: selecting, managing, and optimizing a mix of sales channels to interact with potential customers and achieve business objectives.
  • Digital marketing: increasing online presence, driving website traffic, improving prospect and customer engagement, and generating leads or sales through targeted online campaigns.
