A leading digital streaming network is seeking a Global Brand Marketing Coordinator to support the transactional home entertainment business for film and television content. This position will report to the Executive Director, Brand Marketing. The Coordinator will play a key role in bringing home entertainment product to market. Global Brand Marketing Coordinator Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $24
  • Worksite: Leading digital streaming network. (Los Angeles, CA 90038 - Hybrid, Mondays and Thursdays in office)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment

Global Brand Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Set up products in internal systems (Mercury, POVC, WWRS).
  • Issue direction to Production as to how products should be designed.
  • Maintain internal planning and tracking data in Airtable, ensuring the information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Draft sales materials, and route them to various departments for approval.
  • Confirm legal and music clearances.
  • Check retail sites to ensure products are on store and accurate.
  • Identify information and assets to be added to retailer product pages.
  • Route some marketing materials for approval.
  • Contribute to the development of presentations.
  • Provide support on ad hoc projects as needed.

Global Brand Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in marketing, marketing operations or project management.
  • Experience within home entertainment, film studio, marketing/advertising agency or consumer products is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Film, Television, or related field is desired.
  • High degree of proficiency with Airtable, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated.
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires extensive multi-tasking and multiple deadlines.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic skills.
  • Comprehensive problem-solving ability.
  • Resourceful, with the ability to work independently and effectively within the Brand Marketing team as well as across various departments.
  • Agile, flexible, highly-organized and able to handle multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
