A leading professional networking company seeks a Full-Stack Software Engineer. The successful candidate will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX partners to build and optimize key features across mobile, web, and cross-channel experiences that enhance personalization, engagement, and conversion. Full-Stack Software Engineer Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-volume, user-centric applications that power our chat-based and self-serve sales experiences.
• Deliver on roadmap initiatives, including:
  • Mobile feature enhancements for Chooser and Survey experiences
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure architectural trade-offs, dependencies, and design choices are well documented and aligned.

Full-Stack Software Engineer Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering, full-stack or backend development.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience designing and building infrastructure or web services at a large scale is preferred.
• Expertise in React or modern front-end frameworks and API development is preferred.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, data pipelines, and asynchronous design patterns is preferred
• Experience building AI-enabled or conversational interfaces is preferred.
• Strong understanding of responsive and accessible web/mobile design and localization is preferred.
• Familiarity with technology stack (Play Framework, Espresso, Kafka, Rest.li) is a plus is preferred.
• Full-Stack Development is preferred.
• API & System Design is preferred.
• Front-End Architecture (React/TypeScript) is preferred.
