A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Financial Analyst II to support cash application and revenue cycle operations by analyzing daily banking activity, applying customer payments, preparing financial records and journal entries, supporting VAT reporting and audits, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial processing.

Financial Analyst II Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and analyze daily domestic and Canada bank statements and lockbox information, prepare and reconcile daily cash logs, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding banking receipt information.
  • Determine and process cash applications for multiple billing systems, including PRISM, SAP, and SMART, ensuring customer payments are accurately applied and posted in a timely manner.
  • Prepare journal entries related to cash applications, maintain financial records, and support weekly VAT reporting by preparing invoices, gathering data, reports, and required documentation.
  • Gather invoices, reports, and supporting documentation for audits and ad hoc requests while assisting internal teams with invoicing, billing system inquiries, and special invoice-related requests.
  • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to expedite cash application processes, resolve payment-related issues, and support additional financial projects and assignments as needed.

Financial Analyst II Qualifications:

  • 2 years of cash application experience, preferably within a studio or entertainment company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with financial and billing systems, including PRISM, SAP, and SMART, is preferred.

Shift:

  • 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
