A leading university is seeking a Finance Associate - School of Medicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing finance-related and accounting support for the division and its faculty. The company offers a great work environment!

Finance Associate - School of Medicine Responsibilities:

• Compile, maintain, and review data and daily reports for accuracy. Generate standardized financial reports.
• May be responsible for P-Card administration, processing, travel cards, and expendable reimbursements.
• Respond to transactional inquiries from client groups.
• Ensure compliance with university policies, federal regulations, and requirements.

Finance Associate - School of Medicine Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of related experience.
• Ability to operate computerized office applications and accounting systems.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information to internal audiences and client groups.
• Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills are desired.

Shift:

• Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
