A leading video, audio, and voice technologies company is seeking a Field Marketing Manager - Events. The ideal candidate has a strong background in event planning, outbound SDR campaigns, and program management.

Field Marketing Manager - Events Responsibilities:

  • Event Strategy and Planning: Plan and manage B2B events such as conferences and tradeshows to support global market goals.
  • Demand Generation and Outbound Campaigns: Partner with demand generation and digital marketing teams to create integrated, multi-channel promotional plans including SDR outbound campaigns that drive event engagement and meeting bookings.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to align event initiatives with business objectives, ensuring all teams are on the same page throughout the process.
  • Budget and Vendor Management: Align on event budget to maximize ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Brand Advocacy and Executive Readiness: Ensure consistent communication of the brand message across all event activities.
  • Program and Project Management: Oversee program workstreams across multiple functions and campaigns, including tradeshows, VIP events, and campaign activations to create detailed project plans with clear timelines, tasks, and dependencies, while holding teams accountable for deliverables.

Field Marketing Manager - Events Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience with event planning/coordination and working with SDR outbound campaigns.
  • Experience with program management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
  • Budget management expertise with a focus on cost-efficiency and ROI.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in marketing strategies.
