The Executive Engagement team brings the world’s leading executives to the company to strategize on how we can partner more closely together. Each year, client executives come to the company’s flagship event to engage with company executives through single-client Executive Meetings, multi-client Executive Summits, high profile dinners and more. 

With such a significant volume of executive activity taking place over the course of three days, the Executive Engagement team is looking for a bright, motivated and accountable candidate to manage the internal executives schedule throughout the conference. You will be working with a number of cross-functional teams to prioritize requests for executive time and to manage a “single source of truth” for executive schedules at the event. We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Logical and strategic and can understand what’s important to our executive-level clients
  • Collaborative, decisive and flexible enough to work in an ever-changing environment
  • with many different personalities
  • Intrinsically obsessed with the details to ensure we leave the strongest impression
  • with our internal and external executives
  • Not afraid to roll up his or her sleeves to get the job done (whatever that job might be)

What can you expect from the role:

Responsibilities:

  • Kick-off email to all relevant company leaders
  • Calendar holds & invites for prep calls and exec meetings
  • Prep doc assistance & cross-checking
  • Master schedule cross-checking with EA’s & company leaders
  • Day of: scheduling changes, greeting clients & leaders
  • Post TC: SFDC records, debrief with relevant teams on process & learnings

$55-$65 Per Hour         San Francisco, CA 94105            3 Month Assignment
