Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator 6083

The Corporate Controllership team is looking for a creative and versatile Junior Project Manager to assist within the Record-to-Report (“R2R”) area, focusing on vendor management and providing support to senior management. This role will support the Assistant Controller, Global Process Owners and Transformation Leads on various projects. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and willingness to assist in areas outside of direct assignments when necessary, strong time management, and commitment to self-improvement and completion of team objectives.


  • Manage global R2R vendor portfolio including requesting engagement letters, purchase requisition submissions through creation of purchase orders
  • Work with vendor management staff, procurement teams and other departments to achieve desired goals
  • Assist the global R2R team on managing deliverables pertaining to statistical surveys, assessments, analysis, requirements gathering and documentation
  • Evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, identifies gaps, decomposes high-level information into details, and assist decision-making
  • Coordinates meetings with cross-functional teams, including internal customers and third-party consultants to manage requirements for all stakeholders
  • Diligently follows-up on the status of initiatives as a measure of accountability
  • Collect and prepare information used for presentations and meetings for R2R leaders
  • Document meeting minutes as well as manage action items
  • Develop and manage meeting communications and cadence activities between R2R teams

Basic Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working at the senior level in an administrative, coordination role or project manager

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with project and budget management
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to multiple audiences, including various levels of management
  • Experience in designing presentations and deliverables for different audiences
  • Experience working across cultures and geographies
  • Ability to take initiative and exercise good judgement, discretion and confidentiality in all tasks
  • Team player, flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and multi-task

$40-$50 Per Hour         Sunnyvale, CA 94085        12 Month Assignment
