A leading digital streaming network is seeking a Exactuals System Tester. The right candidate will be testing the function and accuracy of the company's residuals payable system Exactuals and will work with the tech development and residuals teams. The company offers a great work environment!

Exactuals System Tester Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $85/hr
• Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (Los Angeles, CA 90038 - Hybrid, in the office on Mondays and Tuesdays)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
• 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

Exactuals System Tester Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive testing of the Exactuals system to ensure accuracy, reliability of payments and compliance with industry regulations.
• Verify the system's ability to accurately calculate and distribute payments, preventing errors.
• Test the system's user interface and functionality to ensure it is user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to navigate for staff.
• Test the system's performance and stability, to ensure it can handle the expected workload and meet business needs.
• Identify and document system defects, errors, or inconsistencies, and work with developers to resolve them.
• Collaborate with the residuals team to understand their requirements and ensure the system meets their needs.
• Report findings to relevant stakeholders.

Exactuals System Tester Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in accounting (accounts payable) or auditing experience needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
• Experience with accounting principles and practices, particularly in the entertainment industry.
• Understanding of residuals calculations and distribution processes.
• Experience with testing software applications, preferably in a financial or accounting context.
• Knowledge of Exactuals or similar financial entertainment systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with test automation tools is preferred.
