  • Hourly pay: $55-$80/hr (Pay varies based on the candidate's experience and location)

A leading professional networking company seeks an Enablement Lead. The successful candidate will develop, manage, and deliver priority programs designed to equip Deal Desk reps with the skills, knowledge, and tools for success. The company offers a great work environment!

Enablement Lead Responsibilities:

  • Co-create the enablement strategy for a high-performing Deal Desk team.
  • Partner with Deal Desk Leadership to align on business priorities and define excellence.
  • Enhance and roll out sales, process, and tool updates to Deal Desk teams.
  • Drive Deal Desk-driven initiatives from inception to delivery.
  • Enable partners to deliver world-class learning through training, education, and guidance.
  • Oversee stakeholder communications and executive engagement.

Enablement Lead Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in a learning and training space or driving training and broader Enablement programs and strategic planning.
  • BA or BS degree or related practical experience is preferred.
  • Experience building, delivering, managing programs/stakeholders, and measuring learning and development programs for support and/or sales professionals.
  • Ability to engage and motivate participants in both virtual and in-person environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in building strong, lasting relationships with senior-level sales managers is preferred.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to execute, establish priorities, and meet swift deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment is preferred.
  • Proven success at managing cross-functional teams is preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-directed, and demanding excellence is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills are preferred.
  • Experience working with SaaS solutions, Learning Management Systems, and Content Management System is preferred.
  • Experience leveraging eLearning tools (Cornerstone and Learning Management System) and web-based meeting tools to create instructionally sound learning programs.
  • Gong is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Deal Desk.
