Employee Referrals Program Manager

Employee Referrals Program Manager to help us administer and enhance this critical talent acquisition program. In this role, you will help lead the implementation of innovative activities and incentives that will encourage quality referral submissions from our diverse employee population. At the same time, you will ensure that each employee and candidate receives an exceptional referral experience. You will coordinate referral events, develop bonus programs, educate employees and partner with recruiters and hiring teams to achieve their referral objectives. In addition, you will work closely with our Talent Branding team to design marketing, promotions and special projects that will generate referrals targeted to our highest hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the delivery of critical recruitment program, lead the design and implementation of referral program and policy changes
  • Drive outreach to employees and managers, educate and encourage quality referral submissions
  • Support recruiters in the execution of referral events and promotions, partner with Talent Branding team on referrals marketing activities
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in referrals processes and work to implement solutions that scale and streamline program execution
  • Execute monthly referral payout process in accordance with policy, ensure accurate bonus payments to employees
  • Provide timely response to employee and recruiter questions, resolve escalated issues and adjudicate disputes related to referral guidelines and/or eligibility
  • Develop metrics and service level agreements for core services and transactions, track and report delivery against program objectives
  • Provide backup processing support for employee referral submissions, ensure service level agreements are being met

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years human resources, recruiting or related experience
  • 2+ years program management experience
  • Great organizational skills, able to track a high volume activity with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations – ability to serve multiple customers (employees, managers, recruiters, candidates)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in setting and managing expectations
  • Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently or escalate when appropriate - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
  • Ability to learn complex processes quickly and execute with precision
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and/or Google Sheets required
  • Experience with recruiting processes and systems preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on the job work experience

$50-$53 Per Hour      Pleasanton, CA 94588       12 Month Assignment
