The Marketing Operations team is looking for a sharp, enthusiastic, creative, and detail-oriented marketing professional to QA campaigns to ensure they meet our business objectives and create innovative customer experiences. The right candidate will be a quick study and demonstrate a knack for getting things done in close collaboration with technical, creative, and business teams in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the end-to-end QA of marketing and promotions campaigns including email, push notifications, and Journey automation elements, across platforms and different customer types
  • Review customer lists for campaign deployment, ensuring all lists send to the correct and eligible populations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date QA checklist for Marketing Operations team members and business partners
  • Validate and test email templates, SMS setup, Push notifications end-to-end to ensure smooth execution, proper flow, accurate targets, functioning links, etc.
  • Monitor trouble tickets assigned to the marketing operations team for quick resolutions or escalations
  • Work with customer service and IT to address escalation issues, bugs, and support requests are addressed in a timely manner
  • Track & submit defects for resolution and Identify areas of opportunity that require solves to prevent recurring issues
  • Manage daily/weekly progress reporting and defect resolution tracking. Report out on overall Q/A process, findings, insights to understand trends in performance
  • Drive efficiencies in campaign execution through QA process and improvements
  • Champion the QA process to ensure high campaign production standards, define test procedures and modify to meet evolving needs

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Technology Field, or related field of study
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
  • Strong analytical capability and a solid understanding of success metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail, with a passion for accuracy
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office
  • Working knowledge and understanding of HTML

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience executing emails with Salesforce/Exact Target or similar ESPs (Email Service Providers)
  • E-commerce experience, particularly with email execution
  • Moderate to advanced HTML skills and a general understanding of email development
  • Basic SQL experience and familiarity with queries
