A leading music streaming company seeks a Digital Experience Designer, Lifecycle Marketing & Sales Enablement, to support lifecycle marketing and sales enablement initiatives for a leading connected vehicle services organization. This role combines digital design, UX/UI, lifecycle marketing, and production design to create engaging customer experiences across email, web, mobile, and digital marketing channels.
Digital Experience Designer, Lifecycle Marketing Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customer-facing digital experiences across email, web, mobile, and marketing channels, supporting lifecycle campaigns including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back initiatives.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, scalable email templates, design systems, reusable components, and production-ready digital assets while ensuring responsive design, accessibility, and brand consistency.
- Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, product sheets, one-pagers, infographics, customer collateral, visual assets, and simple motion graphics that translate complex information into engaging visual content.
- Manage projects from concept through final delivery by preparing implementation-ready assets, maintaining design documentation, supporting content updates and localization efforts, and ensuring quality across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Sales, Development, and Creative teams to present design concepts, incorporate stakeholder feedback, support implementation, and deliver high-quality creative solutions that meet business objectives and project deadlines.
Digital Experience Designer, Lifecycle Marketing Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in digital design, UX/UI design, lifecycle marketing design, or a related creative discipline.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Systems, and Interactive Prototyping, with experience creating scalable design systems, reusable components, email templates, and production-ready assets.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Acrobat, with experience producing digital marketing assets, visual content, and simple motion graphics.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, visual design fundamentals (typography, layout, color theory, hierarchy, information architecture), and experience preparing production-ready deliverables.
- Experience creating customer-facing digital experiences, lifecycle marketing communications, sales enablement materials, digital marketing assets, and managing projects from concept through final execution.
- Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in Figma, email, and lifecycle marketing design, design systems and component libraries, sales enablement materials, digital marketing assets, and production-ready deliverables.
- Experience designing lifecycle marketing communications and email templates is preferred.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development workflows is preferred.
- Experience collaborating directly with development teams is preferred.
- Experience supporting CRM and customer journey marketing programs is preferred.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and digital design best practices is preferred.
