We are looking for an Analyst to support our Client Success and Operations team and provide best in class account support for our fast-growing client base.  To excel in this position, you will be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and you live and breathe data.  You're used to dealing with tight deadlines and can manage the requirements of various internal and external stakeholders. You approach problem-solving and risk management proactively and have outstanding organizational and project management skills.  Most importantly, you are customer obsessed, willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our clients and their employees have a wonderful experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Query maintenance for user databases
  • QA and general support for standard client reporting
  • Creation and maintenance of internal dashboards, partnering with our Analytics team
  • Populate business review metrics for regular meetings
  • Creation of ad-hoc reports to support client requests and expansion conversations
  • Generation of customer and business insights
  • Prepare/Maintain various spreadsheets for reporting purposes
  • Regular reviews of existing process for ongoing optimization
  • General support for special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics
  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, ideally in a B2B and account management/client success capacity
  • Advanced Excel skills (Macros, Visualizations, Pivot Tables, V-Look Up, etc.)
  • Experience of SQL and manipulating large data sets in a database
  • Experienced use of data visualization tools (Tableau)
  • Basic Salesforce experience preferred
  • Comfortable with and find opportunity in ambiguity
  • Outstanding work ethic and organizational skills
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Demonstrated initiative and creativity
  • Willingness and curiosity to self-teach yourself new internal tools and to flex into additional roles as needed with our growing team
