As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will partner closely with the Company's Talent Insights Team to enhance internal operations and success of the product. You will build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal consultants and cross-functional partners to execute on key projects and initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role, which requires excellent organization, clear communication and a passion for project management. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains a detailed knowledge of Company’s products and value proposition
  • Manages team organizational systems and processes and acts as central point of collaboration for scheduling team meetings
  • Tracks key customer success metrics (customer health & retention) and provides reporting and analysis on a regular basis
  • Project manages workstreams to drive scale and efficiency and process improvements
  • Create ad hoc reporting for internal stakeholders using multiple systems
  • Assists with the creation and consolidation of internal best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 3+ years experience working in a coordinator or administrative role
  • Past work experience within a SaaS or Customer Success environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document and communicate with internal and external resources
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • High energy and positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Exceptional attention to detail required to ensure accuracy and effective execution of all projects and tasks undertaken
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce or Dynamics) and JIRA a plus

$25-$30 Per Hour       Chicago, IL 60661      12 Month Assignment
