  • Handle a high volume of incoming customer service calls.

Customer Service Representative - Healthcare Qualifications:

  • Experience handling a high volume of incoming customer service calls in a call center environment.
  • Skilled in the use of all Microsoft programs.
  • Experience with Epic systems.

Shift:

  • M-F, 7:30 am - 04:00 pm.
