Job Description

Customer Operations Processing Specialist


  • Manage batch job requests during peak seasons (Kingsford, DSD, Transportation Bid, cash/Accounts Receivable transactions, etc)
  • Release customer orders and change requests (pooling, resourcing, shipment origin change request, etc) to ensure shipment within 48 hours of receipt
  • Assist brokers and internal stakeholders (Order Analyst, Associate Team Lead, Order Management Specialist) in delivering timely and effective communications regarding delivery/order issues 
  • Participate in team and internal meetings 
  • Navigation and research in SAP, customer’s system (where required), 3rd party systems (where required), and Excel


  • Years 2+ years customer service or related experience, ideally in a CPG company
  • Working knowledge of the supply chain and order management process
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills 
  • Ability to adjust quickly to new processes and procedures 
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently in a fast paced environment 
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve problems 
  • Team player who helps create, facilitate and encourage a results-focused and motivating team environment 
  • Experience in SAP is optional, but preferred

$13 per Hour    Alpharetta, GA 30022    3 Month Assignment
