A leading digital streaming network seeks a CRM Coordinator to support the execution and operations of CRM campaigns, with a primary focus on in-app banner workflows across multiple markets.

CRM Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Create tickets for CRM campaigns, gathering and organizing the assets, links, and copy for every email and push ticket, and checking links, asset specs, and copy against the brief before handoff.
• Submit and track tickets with Operations, follow up on fixes, and log, track, and help resolve issues across CRM platforms, including Salesforce, Braze, SDKs, Redfast, and related tools.
• Keep market calendars and ticket status current across assigned markets, and organize and maintain team assets, including naming conventions, calendars, and shared folders.
• Help maintain documentation, playbooks, and internal CRM processes to support team efficiency and consistency.
• Cover CRM assignments when the Manager or Senior Manager is out of office, and support day-to-day CRM coordination and operational tasks with vendors and cross-functional partners.

CRM Coordinator Qualifications:

• 3+ years of prior experience in CRM operations, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools such as Airtable, Jira, and Asana.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing technology platforms, such as Salesforce or Braze.
• Experience with in-app messaging or banner tools, such as Redfast or similar platforms, is preferred.
• Basic reporting or analytics experience is preferred.
• Basic HTML experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in any additional language is preferred.

Shift:

• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (time zone per work location).
