Corporate Events Manager 695446

The Corporate Events Manager will work closely with the Senior Corporate Events Manager to execute on events for the company. These events may include but are not limited to employee-facing internal events, seminars, conferences, and recruiting events. The Corporate Events Manager will support the Facilities, Recruiting and HR teams in strengthening best practices and logistics to ensure the successful execution of events and other assigned projects.


  • Manages and executes internal events for employees including leadership events,
    culture events, recruiting events, recognition events, and employee engagement events

  • Oversees and executes conferences as needed for the business

  • Independently recommend and drive integrated event strategy for each event in which the
    company participates

  • Ensure positioning, messaging, goals, deliverables, and tactics are achieved before, during, and
    after each event

  • Develops and manages administrative tasks in support of various event project teams including
    scheduling, pre-event supply sourcing, and other duties as assigned

  • Oversees all off and on-site logistics for event site preparation, execution, and breakdown

  • Work with Sr. Manager to develop and manage events to the budget

  • Monitor marketplace and industry trends and incorporate knowledge in program planning

  • Other tasks as assigned by the Sr. Manager, Corporate Events


  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate event planning or in a similar function is

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience with direct people management is required.

  • Experience within a start-up, media or entertainment environment is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills are required.

  • Proven experience managing projects and stakeholders.

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint) is required.

  • Demonstrate initiative, strong work ethic and ownership of work.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team is required.

  • Must be able to travel up to 50%.

  • Must be available to work some weekends and evenings.
