The world’s largest professional network is looking for a Contingent Workforce Operations Partner. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure data integrity across Workday and ServiceNow, streamline CW lifecycle processes, and partner cross-functionally with our Managed Service Provider (MSP), HR, IT, and Finance teams to resolve escalations and keep our program running seamlessly.
Contingent Workforce Operations Partner Responsibilities:
- Manage CW reporting updates, dashboards, and data accuracy across Workday and HelpIn.
- Review and approve CW Knowledge Articles; maintain content governance and annual audits.
- Partner with cross-functional teams for the system configuration for CW onboarding, access setup, data maintenance, and offboarding CWs.
- Act as the primary escalation point for CW provisioning issues, system discrepancies, and workflow breakdowns.
- Oversee Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) updates and contribute to program governance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on provisioning access-related issues and resolve other complex operational issues.
- Review and approve Small Business SOWs and ensure compliance with CW processes.
Contingent Workforce Operations Partner Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with technical and workflow configuration in Workday and ServiceNow (HelpIn).
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft O365, PPT presentation skills, Excel.
- 3+ years with a Contingent Workforce Program in Operations is preferred.
- 2-3 years of background in Project/Program Management experience is preferred.
- Automation tools i.e. Co-Pilot is preferred.
- Cornerstone or training tool experience is preferred.
- Strong problem solver with technical expertise in troubleshooting system issues is preferred.
- Ability to partner across multiple teams is preferred.
- Strong documentation, i.e. Standard Operating Procedures is preferred.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities is preferred.
