A leading digital streaming network seeks a Channel Coordinator - Classic TV and Westerns to support programming schedules, content merchandising, and channel operations across classic television and western streaming channels. This role supports scheduling strategy, CMS operations, reporting, and programming workflows while partnering cross-functionally with content, marketing, and operations teams.
Channel Coordinator - Classic TV and Westerns Responsibilities:
- Maintain programming schedules across classic television and western channels, including single-series and multi-series channels, while supporting programming stunts, episodic scheduling, and live stream coordination activities.
- Build and manage episodes and programming workflows within proprietary Content Management Systems (CMS), supporting content catalog review processes and content lifecycle management activities.
- Monitor weekly viewership trends, scheduling KPIs, audience behavior, and performance data to support programming decisions, scheduling strategies, merchandising updates, and reporting initiatives.
- Support AVOD merchandising, promotional updates, workflow improvements, and special projects while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Content Operations, and Partnerships teams.
- Track scheduling data, perform database and Airtable updates, utilize Tableau reporting tools, and support operational coordination in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment requiring flexibility, responsiveness, and strong attention to detail.
Channel Coordinator - Classic TV and Westerns Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in digital media, streaming, programming, merchandising, editorial, or related fields.
- Strong interest in television, film, streaming media, pop culture, classic television, and western content.
- Experience working with content management systems, scheduling tools, databases, Airtable, Tableau, or related platforms.
- Comfort working with data, reporting, KPIs, and performance metrics to support programming and scheduling strategies.
- General understanding of databases and programming workflows.
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary scheduling software, CMS platforms, and new operational tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of the entertainment media and streaming landscape.
Shift:
- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
