Candidate Experience Coordinator 1235 

The Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Candidate Experience Coordinator to support the coordination activities accompanying the redesigned survey initiative. The person will work alongside the Program Manager in an administrative capacity by managing a large amount of data and delivering the surveys to the appropriate audiences. You will also play a critical role in ensuring each of our candidates and hiring managers to have a great recruiting experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of survey data in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver surveys to the appropriate audiences
  • Assist with updating and organizing process documentation
  • Handle confidential candidate information with discretion
  • Communicate professionally at all times, represent the best of our company to our customers
  • Ad-Hoc projects

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in an administrative function in a global company of at least 3,000+ employees
  • Experience working with large amounts of data
  • Possess a positive, “can do,” service-oriented attitude, with excellent detail-orientation and follow-through on issues
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate professionally via email and phone
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently, experience in a fast-paced high-tech environment is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
  • A desire to constantly improve, fix processes, address issues and solve problems
  • Outlook, Excel knowledge, recruiting and/or human resources systems experience preferred

$25-$30 per Hour       Pleasanton, CA 94588       6 Month Assignment
