  • Hourly pay: $24/hr
  • Worksite: Leading medical institution (Brisbane, CA 94005 - Hybrid)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment

Call Center Representative - Healthcare Responsibilities:

  • Manage around 50 calls per day on average.

Call Center Representative - Healthcare Qualifications:

  • 4 years of related experience, or a High School graduate or equivalent education.
  • 6+ months of related experience with a College degree.
  • Apex trained/compliant.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong computer skills, including basic keyboarding skills.
  • Experience with at least two Office-type software programs (i.e., Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Proven ability to navigate through multiple patient record systems.
  • Able to sit at a computer terminal with telephone headphones for an extended period of time.

Shift:

  • Monday to Friday, probably from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, no weekends.
