- 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment
Call Center Representative - Healthcare Responsibilities:
- Manage around 50 calls per day on average.
Call Center Representative - Healthcare Qualifications:
- 4 years of related experience, or a High School graduate or equivalent education.
- 6+ months of related experience with a College degree.
- Apex trained/compliant.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong computer skills, including basic keyboarding skills.
- Experience with at least two Office-type software programs (i.e., Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Proven ability to navigate through multiple patient record systems.
- Able to sit at a computer terminal with telephone headphones for an extended period of time.
Shift:
- Monday to Friday, probably from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, no weekends.
