A leading technology company seeks a Calibration & Repair Service Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the calibration of RF Signal Generators. The ideal candidate has an understanding and compliance with ESD protocol and connector care. The company offers a family-oriented culture and environment!

Calibration & Repair Service Technician Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $26/hr
  • Worksite: Electronics Testing and Measurement Company (Roseville, CA 95747 - Onsite)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment

Calibration & Repair Service Technician Responsibilities:

  • Perform calibrations, adjustments, and repairs on Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE).
  • Solve technical problems of limited scope and complexity. Escalate more difficult repairs to experienced technicians.
  • Work with clearly defined objectives on customer service assignments that may be repetitive in nature.
  • Working within your area of expertise, you will clarify, analyze, develop, and implement actions and solutions while supporting field staff and customers.
  • Provide consistent, solid contributions to team and service center delivery goals.
  • Adhere to established production processes and is responsible for achieving established team production goals.
  • Provide internal and external customer satisfaction through effective communication, innovation, and direct application of technical skills.
  • Exercise good discretion in the use of time and other resources.
  • Maximize the use of existing assets, and multi-tasks effectively, and ensure the company's resources are used properly (i.e. connector care, ESD, ETE).
  • Maintain high workmanship standards and deliver on commitments.
  • Promote ESD, Service Note compliance, and other programs that are conducive to the delivery of high-quality service and minimization of re-repair.

Calibration & Repair Service Technician Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of related experience in the calibration and repair of electronic test equipment is preferred.
  • Some education, specialized training/certification, or applicable Military experience.
  • Understanding and compliance with ESD protocol and connector care.
  • Demonstrates electronic and mechanical competence.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers. May initiate customer interaction as appropriate.
  • Escalate issues through appropriate channels when necessary. This is done verbally or via written correspondence.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills.
  • Exhibit the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a wide range of people.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of business ethics.

Shift:

  • Availability to work 1st or 2nd shift.
