A leading biotechnology company is seeking a Business Systems Analyst. The successful candidate will be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, leveraging your strong skillset to help improve operational processes, enhance system performance.

Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities:

• Identify process improvements through technology.
• Collaborate with IT teams on system implementation.
• Ensure compliance with data security policies.
• Provide training and support to users.

Business Systems Analyst Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certification in business systems is preferred.
• Experience with enterprise IT systems.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry will be a plus.
• Proficient with business analysis and process improvement tools (Jira, Confluence, Google Suite).
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and experience working with development teams to deliver solutions.
• Skilled in creating clear documentation using tools like Word, Excel, and specialized software like Lucidchart for process modeling.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar for reporting.
