A leading biotechnology company is seeking a Business Analyst to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. This role partners with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP SD solutions, lead design decisions, and support global ERP initiatives across complex environments.
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize end-to-end SAP SD (Marketing Plan to Cash / Order-to-Cash) processes; conduct workshops to drive key design decisions, provide recommendations aligned with leading practices, and translate business requirements into technical design specifications.
- Configure, design, build, test, and deploy SAP SD solutions while ensuring seamless integration with implementation partners and cross-functional systems such as Model N, SFDC, SAP ATTP, SAP Hybris, and other enterprise platforms.
- Develop system features and documentation, including functional and technical specifications, test planning, execution, and validation; support full lifecycle delivery from blueprint through go-live.
- Collaborate with global and local project teams, delivery leads, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-value solutions; build strong client relationships, influence decision-making, and present business cases for SAP technology solutions.
- Lead integration design and monitoring across SAP and external systems (e.g., iDoc, XML, web services, CIF); ensure alignment across modules (FI/CO, PP), support compliance requirements, and drive process improvements while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Business Analyst Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience delivering ERP solutions in a global enterprise environment, including 4+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems or equivalent.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD and associated modules (MM/WM), including configuration, development, and operations.
- In-depth knowledge of master data, order management, shipping, billing, and integration with external systems.
- Strong understanding of cross-module dependencies, including FI/CO and PP.
- Experience designing, building, and monitoring SAP interfaces (iDoc, XML, web services, CIF integration, etc.).
- Experience with at least three full lifecycle SAP implementations, including one in a lead capacity.
- Strong business knowledge in Pharma/Biotech industry processes.
- Experience in quality/compliance management and CSV in regulated environments is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities across business and technical teams.
- Experience with tools and platforms such as Solution Manager, Jira, Model N, Salesforce (SFDC), ServiceNow, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office.
