A leading medical institution seeks a Back Office/Call Center Representative - Healthcare. The successful candidate will perform back-office or call center support.

Back Office/Call Center Representative - Healthcare Responsibilities:

  • Manage an estimated number of patients in the clinic per day or calls per day if call center: 50 patients or 50 calls per day.

Back Office/Call Center Representative - Healthcare Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare back office and Epic with insurance knowledge.
  • Apex experience is preferred.
  • Excellent Customer Service.

Shift:

  • Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm.
  • Willing to learn and be flexible with job duties or shifts.
