A leading medical institution seeks a Back Office/Call Center Representative - Healthcare. The successful candidate will perform back-office or call center support.
Back Office/Call Center Representative - Healthcare Responsibilities:
- Manage an estimated number of patients in the clinic per day or calls per day if call center: 50 patients or 50 calls per day.
Back Office/Call Center Representative - Healthcare Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare back office and Epic with insurance knowledge.
- Apex experience is preferred.
- Excellent Customer Service.
Shift:
- Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm.
- Willing to learn and be flexible with job duties or shifts.
