A leading professional networking company seeks a B2B Institute GTM Associate. The successful candidate will manage and execute a consistent posting schedule, coordinate with agencies to create and optimize content, engage with the online community, support research launches, repurpose insights into social-friendly content, track and report performance metrics, and ensure brand consistency across all social media efforts. B2B Go-to-Market Associate Responsibilities:
- Execute established social media strategy with 2x weekly posting schedule to maintain brand presence and engagement
- Coordinate with external agencies (Brands2Life, Born Design) to ensure timely content creation, review, and optimization
- Manage daily community engagement, including response protocols and relationship building across B2B Institute channels
- Support major research launch campaigns
- Transform research insights into social-friendly formats and develop launch-specific content calendars
- Track engagement metrics, reach, and performance across all social channels with monthly reporting
- Maintain content variety across formats (static, video, carousel, articles) using the Sprinklr platform
B2B Go-to-Market Associate Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of experience managing B2B social media accounts
- 2+ years of experience with social media management platforms (Sprinklr preferred, training provided)
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience growing engagement and reach on professional platforms
- BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Experience in B2B marketing or thought leadership content
- Research publication or thought leadership promotion background
- Video content coordination and optimization experience
- Advanced analytics and optimization techniques
- Agency coordination experience with established vendor management protocols
- Content calendar management and multi-format content creation
- Digital marketing campaign execution across multiple channels
- Analytics and performance measurement with the ability to optimize based on data
