A leading professional networking company seeks an Associate Technical Program Manager I to support the execution of technical programs that power content, product, and platform experiences by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing program execution, maintaining operational excellence, improving delivery processes, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across engineering, product, and business initiatives.
Associate Technical Program Manager I Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end execution of technical programs by managing project plans, sprint boards, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, blockers, and release readiness while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Partner with engineering, product, data science, operations, and business teams to gather requirements, coordinate Agile ceremonies, track feature development and bug triage, align priorities, and ensure successful program delivery.
- Maintain program documentation, workflows, dashboards, Jira, Airtable, reporting systems, and program hygiene while identifying opportunities for process improvements and lightweight automation.
- Prepare and communicate program status updates, executive summaries, meeting notes, action items, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into program health, risks, and progress.
- Support continuous operational excellence by improving tracking consistency, proactively identifying execution risks, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring reliable delivery against defined program scope and timelines.
Associate Technical Program Manager I Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in program management, project management, or technical operations within fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps is preferred.
- Familiarity with technical systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), engineering concepts, or data workflows is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, interpret data, solve problems proactively, improve processes, and maintain high-quality program documentation and reporting.
Shift
- Hybrid: 3 days, Tuesday to Thursday.
