The leading professional networking and job search platform is seeking an Associate Technical Program Manager 17256 to provide hands-on project and program management support across interconnected marketing measurement initiatives.

Associate Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Build, rebuild, and maintain integrated project plans and roadmaps for marketing measurement programs, including scope, phases, milestones, owners, dependencies, sequencing, decision points, and target dates, connecting existing team-level and technical plans into a single view of overall delivery.
  • Maintain the cross-functional view of dependencies and required handoffs across measurement, marketing mix modeling, marketing analytics, GTM AI/data science, finance, and business stakeholders, driving cross-team follow-through so actions, open questions, and dependencies don't stall between meetings, and surfacing risks early.
  • Run daily project management mechanics, including preparing agendas, capturing decisions, assigning owners, confirming commitments before meetings end, maintaining trackers and timelines, and following up persistently until actions close.
  • Partner closely with program leads, asking the right questions, translating discussions into concrete actions, documenting decisions, clarifying ownership, and keeping leads current on progress, risks, and required decisions.
  • Create and maintain a central source of truth for program status, decisions, requirements, ownership, and next steps, and establish a lightweight stakeholder cadence with clear status updates, decision points, communications support, and escalation items.

Associate Technical Program Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in project or program management leading complex, cross-functional programs, including managing plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, requirements, and delivery timelines.
  • 2+ years of experience driving alignment and execution across teams without direct authority.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are preferred.
  • Experience with analytics, measurement, data science, marketing technology, or other data-intensive programs is preferred.
  • Experience working across technical, analytical, business, and external partner teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing measurement or marketing analytics (deep marketing mix modeling expertise not required) is preferred.
