- Worksite: One of the most prestigious and well-known universities (Los Angeles, CA 90045 - Hybrid, must be onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment

Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Monitor and triage incoming emails.
- Assign and enter staff schedules into the scheduling platform.
- Distribute incoming evals to the appropriate Manager.
- Send out notification to departments for staff who are out sick, on vacation, or require a late arrival or early departure.
- Schedule and coordinate departmental meetings.
Administrative Coordinator Qualifications:
- 1 year of admin experience in a hospital setting, or,
- 2 years of admin experience.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook.
Shift:
- Monday – Friday, 8-5 (will work remotely on Mondays and Fridays).
