  • Hourly pay: $28/hr
  • Worksite: One of the most prestigious and well-known universities (Los Angeles, CA 90045 - Hybrid, must be onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment

One of the most prestigious and well-known universities is seeking an Administrative Coordinator. The company offers a great work environment!

Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and triage incoming emails.
  • Assign and enter staff schedules into the scheduling platform.
  • Distribute incoming evals to the appropriate Manager.
  • Send out notification to departments for staff who are out sick, on vacation, or require a late arrival or early departure.
  • Schedule and coordinate departmental meetings.

Administrative Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 1 year of admin experience in a hospital setting, or,
  • 2 years of admin experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook.

Shift:

  • Monday – Friday, 8-5 (will work remotely on Mondays and Fridays).
