- Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (New York, NY 10036 - Hybrid, Must be onsite 3 days/week (The days can be flexible), Must be able to travel locally 1-2 times/year, Occasional local travel required for tentpole events

A leading digital streaming network seeks an Administrative Coordinator - Broadcasting Programming. The successful candidate will be managing all logistics and coordination across all the TV Regions (France, Africa, UK and Brazil) by managing all administrative, organizational, and secretarial tasks as and when required. Administrative Coordinator - Broadcasting Programming Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and on-the-ground logistics for Tentpole events.
- Manage accounts, expenses and related paperwork
- Liaise with various departments and provide coordination support across US departments and International teams:
- Collect and distribute creative assets for tentpoles and linear series
- Provide monthly US Pipeline Programming updates
- Have the ability to use the RAD Report tool to update end dates on pipeline series
- Update master library to remove titles that have expired + add new series to FY2025 roster as we acquire rights·
- Manage meeting attendance:
- Biweekly/movie team meeting to confirm international premiere rights, delivery details, and provide them with international airings
- Alternate bi-weekly meetings with regional programmers to check in on series performances, asset needs, stunts planned,d and marketing initiatives
Administrative Coordinator - Broadcasting Programming Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in coordination roles.
- Experience in entertainment/media is preferred.
- Programming and Scheduling experience.
- Project management experience.
- Good numeracy skills.
Shift:
- 9 am to 6 pm.
- Availability to work with irregular hours and shifts, including weekends.
