Academic/Research Contracts Specialist Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $29/hr
- Worksite: Leading medical institution (San Francisco, CA 94158 - Onsite, Must be local to the San Francisco/Bay Area)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 5 Month Assignment
Academic/Research Contracts Specialist Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple contracts and agreements with high attention to detail, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
Academic/Research Contracts Specialist Qualifications:
- Recent experience working in an academic or research setting, working with research contracts, grants, and sponsored projects.
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of contracts and grants, from initiation and negotiation through to execution and closeout.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with researchers, faculty, and internal stakeholders.
Shift:
- Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm
