Avi is in it’s explosive growth stage.  In this key role we’re looking for an entrepreneurial, energetic and distinguished HR leader who is willing to roll up her/his sleeves to put in place world-class HR policies and practices, help build & maintain a strong culture and work across the company to create lasting impact.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior team to develop strategic policies, practices, and processes to support business goals and company culture; build a high performance & accountable culture

  • Partner with managers on employee relations & development; Coach and advisor to employees, managers & executives

  • Oversee hiring, workforce/headcount planning, retention, employee programs, etc. putting in place lightweight, yet effective, controls, processes and guidelines

  • Develop and oversee competitive & cost effective salary, compensation and equity administration (attracting, retaining & rewarding employees); Ensure market competitiveness in benefits

  • Keep abreast of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR; ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance (e.g., hiring, job classifications, benefits program administration (including health, dental, life and disability insurance), COBRA, retirement plans, PTO, leaves of absence, and FMLA/CFRA, various state plans)

  • International employment compliance (benefits, pay, etc.) and process

  • Communicates changes in personnel policies and procedures and ensures compliance

Desired Skills/Qualifications

  • 10+ years relevant experience in HR, with experience and comfort with high growth environments

  • Self-motivated with a proven track record in initiating & driving HR change and impact

  • In depth knowledge of HRIS and tactical experience implementing a fully integrated system

  • Ability to engage with execs and employees across multiple locations & cultures

  • Strong in managing and mentoring employees

  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere. Scrappy – willing to roll up sleeves

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate persuasively

  • Willingness to travel to India (20% of company), Europe (sales, development & services) & US field

  • Ability to prioritize and triage issues
