Our partner is looking for a passionate and professional individual to fill the role of Manufacturing Production Worker. We are looking for an individual who will be working with a variety of production and manufacturing tasks. This individual must be able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to change priorities and tasks as needed. We have a very fast-paced environment as we continue to grow and expand. Must be motivated, trustworthy, and a team player.

                       

Carry out manufacturing and production from start to finish; enter data points from production; report problems to management; maintain a sterile environment; maintain glassware and follow cleaning procedures.


SHIFT: 9am-5pm

(PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ONLY HAVE RESTAURANT, CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, THIS ROLE IS WITHIN A MANUFACTURING AND PRODUCTION CAPACITY SO THAT PRIOR EXP. IS NECESSARY. EXPERIENCE WITHIN A PRODUCTION OR MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT WITHIN CANNABIS IS PREFERRED.)                       

RESPONSIBILITIES:

                       

+ Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for manufacturing and packaging.
+ Properly collect and record data.
+ Keep equipment operational by following operating instructions; assist in troubleshooting breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
+ Keep laboratory inventorying clean; notifying management of low inventory.
+ Following personnel safety protocols and warehouse protection activities.
+ Assist in resolving problems through data analysis and performing corrective steps.
+ Maintains glassware by picking-up, cleaning, washing, sterilizing, and organizing.
+ Maintaining regular and punctual attendance according to shift-times or a pre-arranged work schedule.
+ Wear and maintain proper personal equipment (PPE).

                       

QUALIFICATIONS:

                       

3+ years within Production & Manufacturing environment, Production or Manufacturing exp. within Cannabis would be IDEAL. Knowledge of Measurements, Basic Record Keeping, Safe Lab Practices, Equipment Calibration and Maintenance, Supply Management, Self- Development. Must have reliable transportation.

                       

COMPENSATION:

                       

$14.25
+ Depending on Experience.
