Opportunity

We're expanding our RiskExec business through product innovation, and are looking for a Senior Vice President, Fair Lending Product Management to help define and deliver novel software capabilities and accompanying professional services. This position can be remote, but is ideally within driving distance from our Washington, DC or Knoxville, TN office.

What You'll Be Doing

We are constantly evolving with new regulations and industry priorities to meet the needs of the consumer financial services industry. Being a subject matter expert, this senior leader with collaborate across technical and business team members as well as customers to introduce new products and features, build and launch new supporting services, and share our expertise with leading financial institutions in order to move the industry forward. The perfect candidate will bring sufficient depth in fair lending compliance to run analyses in our platform, becoming a super-user along with being a strong leader.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Help refine existing products and design new capabilities
  • Assess the market, engage customer, and help define new features and functions, while overseeing company evolution and scaling
  • Create marketing opportunities through messaging, content development, speaking engagements
  • Scope, manage and independently execute professional services supporting RiskExec customers
  • Run analyses utilizing RiskExec, analyze loan portfolios and industry data, and present findings
  • Serve as a "senior voice" on the team in client interactions
  • Participate in onboarding and support activities, provide oversight of services and rollout, ideate and test new software and service offerings and conduct continuous improvement assessments 
  • Support RiskExec President in general management activities

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • 10+ years' experience in Fair Lending / Fair Servicing- with depth in mortgage banking, consumer finance, regulatory compliance and exams, and related
  • Extensive familiarity with statistical modeling/analytics and/or rigorous quantitative training / degree / ability
  • Deep knowledge of industry best practices and ability to relate this to internal and external challenges
  • Proven Experience in project management of transformation, deep compliance and/or technical programs, ideally in product development, software build or implementation (as business stakeholder and/or software leader)
  • Impressive analytic and presentation skills, hones in senior management or board-level presentations (internally and externally), with the proven ability to assert points of view as well as to listen, adapt, and change positions as conditions evolve
  • Successful and inspiring people leadership and management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate critical thinking, draw out meaningful insights, and incorporate this into an effective solution
  • Innovation mindset, passionate about challenging the status quo, with a bias for action
  • Occasional travel required
