The Asurity team is looking for a full-time Implementation Specialist, who will be responsible for planning and executing technical integrations with new and existing customers of our RiskExec product. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with good planning and communication skills, and a moderately technical background, who enjoys analyzing data, delivering quality solutions, contributing to customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in our business.

RiskExec -- a leading browser-based suite of lending analytics tools for achieving excellence in HMDA, CRA, Fair Lending and Fair Servicing compliance.

RegCheck -- a new software product - with API, UI and dashboard capabilities to integrate into lending underwriting & secondary market activities.

Key Responsibilities of the Implementation Specialist
Focus on getting clients set up to import their data into the RiskExec application in an accurate and repeatable way using the available tools and guiding customers on necessary changes
Manage customer-expectations beginning in the sales process and through taking customers live on RiskExec, supporting them through the implementation period and collaborating with Customer Success and team Compliance Experts in the process
Manage the lifecycle of the implementation for different customers simultaneously by combining your technical understanding with firm management and rigorous process
Teach clients how to upload data, effectively communicate to clients what is needed from them, and build their import formats
Take on broader technical and user support responsibilities over time, as well as suggest technical and process improvements to our products and business
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to multitask
Excellent customer relationship skills
Tech savvy, with advanced knowledge of Excel, Visual Foxpro, .NET and UI/UX platforms, and the ability to read data and understand how to transform it to the RiskExec data structures
Nice to have: industry experience
