Role Overview:

We seek a seasoned Lead AV Technician who excels at complex installations, detailed rack fabrications, troubleshooting, and programming advanced home automation systems. This role demands a meticulous eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform complete AV system installations including pre-wiring, advanced rack-building, and final commissioning.

• Expertly program automation systems (Control4, Lutron, or similar).

• Independently troubleshoot and proactively resolve technical issues.

• Ensure exceptional wire management, organization, and system optimization.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Interior Designers, and clients to deliver seamless solutions.

• Maintain meticulous care and respect for luxury residences.

• Stay at the forefront of industry technologies and best practices.

Qualifications of an Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in high-end residential AV integration.

• Expertise in pre-wiring, rack building, troubleshooting, and automation system programming.

• Proficiency with Control4, Lutron Homeworks, or comparable systems.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail and precision.

• Outstanding interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.

• Physically capable and comfortable with the demands of installation work.

Comprehensive Benefits:
