The number of those affected by property damage in Illinois estimates 870,000 homes with approximately $180,000,000 in claim loss (Texas/1,350,000/$860,000,000; Colorado/375,000/$187,000,000). 


We serve commercial and residential property owners who have been affected by these severe storms and have incurred damage caused by wind and hail. With the average claim ranging from $10,000 to $1,000,000, we are looking for representatives seeking to capitalize on these opportunities to their income. 


Job Description


Aspen Roofing and Exteriors is currently looking for an industrious individual to build and assist a team of sales representatives in the field of storm restoration. 


We encourage you to establish a team to develop territories and build lasting relationships with homeowners and business owners. Aspen Roofing provides teamwork, support and autonomy to our sales team. 


At least three years of sales management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Interviewing, training, and retaining new sales recruits

  • Calling upon new and existing homeowners to develop new business opportunities

  • Develop and execute annual sales plan

  • Lead team meetings and trainings weekly

  • Work closely with other departments of the company
