We are seeking a Sales Coordinator/Trainer to join our team at Aspen Roofing and Exteriors! 

You will be recruiting Sales Representatives for our Dallas office. 40 hours a week, and health, PTO, paid holidays and and a gym membership after 90 days.

Mon- Fri 7:30 AM to 3:30  PM.

Responsibilities:

• Interview/screen and recruit Sales Reps.
• Conduct sales training and sales workshops for sales reps
• Conduct presentations 2x/week at our branch
• Accurately maintain employee files and sales agreements
• Coordinate with field trainer on sales and performance of the sales team
• Update the CEO on performance and come up with ideas to increase productivity and efficiency
• Retain and manage sales reps.

Qualifications:

• Pass a background check, and pass drug screen
• Have CRM or data tracking experience
• Ability to build rapport.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MUST have experience in sales
• Bonus point: experience in direct marketing/direct sales
• Assertive, persuasive and confident
• Be able to multitask.
• Reliable Transportation
