Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in training programs and contribute to ongoing projects
• Assist in research and development activities under the guidance of senior staff
• Collaborate with various teams to understand business objectives and deliver solutions
• Handle administrative tasks related to projects and training programs
• Provide feedback and ideas on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of processes
