Job Description:

ASCAP General Licensing / Licensing is seeking an individual to solve challenging business problems as part of the Sales & Business Operations team.​ The team is at the center of accelerating the ability to deliver on its strategy and financial goals by assisting with development and implementation of processes and tools with the platform.​ 

The ideal candidate is hands-on, energetic, flexible, and independent while staying highly organized. They will also have strong technical, project management, and communication skills.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

The Administrator will administer business technologies for primarily based applications. They will also serve as an interface between sales, business and technical teams to understand business needs, define requirements and implement new business processes, tools and systems. ​

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Configure systems using declarative functionality and framework
  • Administer multiple Salesforce organization instances
  • Maintain organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies
  • Front Line troubleshooting and issue resolutions
  • Running and building AdHoc reports to assist with analyzing business and operational processes
  • Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements
  • Develop system documentation and SFDC policies/procedures
  • Maintain data quality by identifying, deleting, or merging duplicate records, cleansing and updating inaccurate data
  • Expert administrative skills, such as creating user, profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and process builder
  • Assist in the implementation of security practices by monitoring login and user activity, auditing fields, profile access, security permissions and deactivating unneeded user accounts
  • Continuously improve skills through professional development
  • Data migration and manipulation, including all DML’s of Salesforce plus
  • VLookup in Excel
  • ANT Deployment Migration
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Understanding of administration
  • Understanding of Apex & Java
  • Self-starter with sharp decision making skills 
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Proven ability to examine processes, identify, and implement efficiencies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Comfortable with complementary tools and add-ins: Data Loader, ANT, Pardot,,, Drawloop, etc.
