Responsibilities:

•  Manages  the  holistic  technology  experience  for the  Company  and  ensures  user  acceptance, reliability, and evolution of technology
• Ensures and  proactively addresses consistent technology user experience across all offices
• Sole responsibility for all infrastructure budgeting, planning, outsourcing, and third-party management including  VPN  network,  internet  providers,  firewall, file server,  phone  systems, printers, conference room technology, and hardware and software selection, procurement, and redundancy
• Ensures flawless reliability and redundancy of critical infrastructure
• Manages third-party technology partners and ensures third-party customer service excellence 
• Provide limited onsite service desk services to the team to supplement third parties, as needed 
• Recommends  and implements third-party applications to increase the efficiency and productivity of the business and team
• Responsible for maintaining company technology policy documentation
• Completes annual testing of disaster recovery plan and technology security in conjunction with SEC Registered Investment Advisor best practices
• Oversees, in conjunction with third-parties, critical technology security practices, procedures, and systems
• Leads technology training and best practices for the Company

• Technology infrastructure expertise and desire to continuously evolve technology
• Strong research skills to develop leading-edge technology infrastructure planning

Experience:

3-5+ years’ experience in technology infrastructure, design, architecture, project management, and vendor management

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field, engineering, mathematics, finance, accounting, or related field

Travel:

Occasional;  Travel required between offices in Charlotte, NC, Columbia, SC, Atlanta, GA, and  Los Angeles, CA
